Assisted Living

At Heritage Place, the choice of how you spend every day is up to you. Each of our beautifully appointed senior apartments has its own kitchenette, but you're also welcome to join us in the dining room for a delicious home-cooked meal. There's always a fun activity or outing planned, or you can relax on our beautiful grounds and take advantage of the swimming pool and fitness center.

Everything we do at Heritage Place is tailored to your preferences, even the levels of care we provide. Do you need some assistance with daily dressing, grooming, and bathing? Need someone to help keep track of your medications? We are here to help.

We also offer a popular monthly senior planning luncheon to help connect our residents with community services like real estate agents to help them sell their home, and ease the transition into living at Heritage Place.

Barton Creek Assisted Living has served as Davis County’s premiere assisted living residence since 1999. We specialize in providing independent living with supportive assistance and around-the-clock nursing care. One-bedroom Apartments Basic room rates include all of the following services:

At Legacy House of Bountiful, assisted living services are designed for seniors who can no longer manage on their own but do not require intensive, 24-hour medical care. We provide a combination of residential living, health and recreational services, and help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating and medications in a warm, home-like environment.
