Non-licensed Home Day Care

Inspections are conducted by the Davis County Health Department’s Environmental Health Services Division Food & Facilities Bureau staff. An application for the home day care must be filled out and returned to this bureau. After the application and fees are turned into this bureau, an appointment for an inspection will be scheduled. The application can be obtained from our bureau or downloaded. Applications and fees may be personally delivered or mailed to our bureau office.
