Davis County Walks
The Davis County Walks wellness program encourages all Davis County residents and/or employees to become more physically active, promote health, and to help reduce immobility, disease and illness.
The goal is for participants to work up to walking 10,000 steps per day, or doing other equivalant activities (see the conversion chart).
To help participants accomplish this goal they can wear a step counter (pedometer) and record the number of steps taken per day by logging on to the Walk Tracker at the Utah Walks website.

The hardest step in your exercise program is getting started. You need a program that you can adapt easily to your lifestyle.
Beginning and sticking to an exercise program can help reduce your risk for certain diseases and help insure a healthy, independent and productive life.
