Resources to Quit

Add a weapon to your battle against tobacco!

When you call the Utah Tobacco Quit Line toll-free at 1-800-QUIT-NOW, you will be connected to a friendly, professional coach who will guide you through the quitting process.  You can even call if you are helping someone else to quit tobacco.

Don't Quit Alone. Quit All Together!

Nobody knows what you're going through like other ex-smokers, and support is the missing ingredient in most previous quits. Any time of day or night, whenever you need it most, ask for FREE help from QuitNet members who've already quit smoking.
