Patrons may place holds by contacting any branch library by phone, in person, or by using the online catalog and the following steps:
- In the online Library Catalog, search and locate the item you want. See our article on searching the online catalog for further help with this step.
Click on Place Hold (located on the right of the screen).
A box will appear. If you have not yet logged in, you will be prompted to do so. Enter your library card number and your PIN (What is my PIN?), then click Log In.
You will then be asked what library you want to collect your item at. Use the dropdown menu to pick a library branch, then click Place Hold(s).
- Click OK on the confirmation window.
- You will receive a phone call or email notification when your item is available for pick-up.
- Please note: You must have your email registered with us in order to receive email notification. You can register your email by coming into the library and providing this information.
