The Davis County Surveyor is an elected official whose office and
duties are mandated by the State Legislature and governed by state
law. The main function of the office is to maintain, establish
and keep record of section corner monumentation, and provide
assistance to the public.
All information on file in the County Surveyor's Office is public
information and may be viewed and utilized by anyone and contains
surveying information.
