Innovate Mental Health Solutions is a Private Psychotherapy Practice in Layton, Utah. We work with individuals and families undergoing major life changes. Some services provided include:  psychotherapy, forensic evaluation, social skills for autistic teens, intimacy education, and relapse prevention groups.

Treating mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, substance abuse, and trauma/abuse. 

Beyond my professional training and experience, perhaps my greatest strength is my unwavering belief in people and their ability to improve upon their circumstances and overcome the most difficult challenges we face in life. I work with amazing people and love what I do. Many people appreciate my direct and sensitive approach in dealing with immediate concerns. My ability to assist in identifying and understanding core issues helps people in making lasting changes in the way they think, feel and behave.
