Voter Profile

Your Voter Profile allows you to view your voter registration information, your elected officials, your sample ballot, or locate your polling location. 

Register Online

Voters with a current and valid Utah Driver License can register or update their registration online.

Register In Person or By-Mail

Print a paper registration form to complete and return to the Clerk's Office in person or by-mail.   

Registration Requirements

  • Citizen of the United States
  • Resident of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the election
  • At least 18 years old on the day of the election
  • At least 17 years old for some primary elections if you will be 18 prior to the associated General Election
  • Reside in the voting district or precinct in which the person applies to register to vote

Registration Deadlines

By Mail Registration Deadline
Voter registration forms must be postmarked at least 30 days before an election in order to be eligible to vote in the upcoming election.

In-Person Registration Deadline
You may register in-person at the County Clerk's office up to 7 days before the day of election.

Online Registration Deadline
You may register online up to 7 days before the day of election.

Voters who miss the Registration Deadline my vote provisionally in person on Election Day
Plan for some extra time at the polling location to fill out paper work, and bring with you Proof of Identity and Proof of Residency. Provisional ID Requirements

Privacy Notice

Voter registration records are considered public under Utah Code ยง 63G-2-301, excluding driver license or identification card numbers, Social Security numbers, and email addresses. The portion of a voter registration form that lists a person's date of birth is also a private record, the use of which is restricted to government officials, government employees, political parties or certain other persons. However, you may apply to the County Clerk or the Lieutenant Governor to have your entire voter registration record classified as private.
