The Patrol/Paramedic Division is comprised of full-time and part-time Deputy Sheriff/Paramedics. Duties include crime prevention, detection and response, medical response, and community-oriented policing. In addition to serving Fruit Heights, South Weber and West Point, we regularly respond to calls and provide law enforcement and medical support throughout Davis County.

Our cost effective and dual-role Paramedic program continues to receive national and local acclaim for providing economical and quality service, administered by highly trained law enforcement and medical professionals.

K-9, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT), Paramedic Tactical Rescue Unit (PTRU), Search and Rescue, Crossing Guards, and the School Resource Unit are also core to this Division.
