Fugitive Dust

Fugitive dust is airborne dust particles that create an air quality problem. Any person clearing property over ¼ acre in size must have a fugitive dust plan.

Individuals with concerns about fugitive dust may call the Davis County Health Department Air Quality Bureau at 801-546-8860.

Additional information may be obtained at the Utah State Bureau of Air Quality’s Dust Control and the Aggregate Industry website.
