The Davis County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) provides information on policy and operations focusing on coordination, command and control structures, roles and responsibilities, procedures and resources for the county and its agencies that support mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.

Davis County Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP)

Davis County's Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) is a FEMA-approved hazard mitigation plan written and adopted by local county, city, and tribal governments updated every five years. Our HMP assesses risks posed by natural and human-caused hazards and includes mitigation strategies for reducing those risks in Davis County.
