Several things contributed to this outstanding event. The new parking location at White Rock Bay provided a larger space to accommodate more cars and participants. It also offered places for vendors and on site distribution of will-call registrations. To celebrate the 20th year, 5050 Bike and Skate performed several exhibition shows. The annual costume contest had great entries and significant prizes from Biker's Edge and Lagoon.
Also in the spirit of celebration, Endless Summer Band performed at the Ranch with participants enjoying light refreshments and chocolate chip cookies. The moonlight ride on the East Side Road passed several small herds of bison and antelope. The view of the mainland lights was impressive.
The new location and t-shirt distribution set up allowed for no traffic backups on the causeway or on Antelope Drive so participants drove right to the event without stopping.
