Bio:
Meet the potato princess. She is an american bulldog, born 10/15/2020 to a previous owner. She’s microchipped, spayed and up to date on shots. She responds to puppy or chocolate. Chocolate is the perfect mix of cuddly couch potato and playful companion. She’s a total love bug who wants nothing more than to be close to her person—whether that’s snuggling on the couch, following you from room to room, exploring outside or resting her head right next to you. She’s incredibly food-motivated (in the cutest way possible!). If she hears a package crinkle, she’ll come running and happily show off her tricks for a treat. She even gives the funniest little sighs when snack time is over—it never fails to make us laugh. Chocolate is very smart, well-trained, and eager to please. She knows multiple commands, is very obedient, and has been trained to take treats gently when you tell her soft—even when she’s excited. She’s also fully potty trained and great at communicating her needs—she’ll let you know when she needs to go out or even move her bowls around to let you know she’s hungry or thirsty. She’s the definition of a cozy queen and absolutely loves soft blankets and pillows (the softer, the better!). She hates uncushioned floor and will sit on pillows, rugs, or hoodies over the bare floor. When she’s not cuddling, she enjoys chewing on her toys and will stick to those—she doesn’t destroy household items. Chocolate is wonderful with kids, new people, and even cats. She can be a bit selective with other dogs, but with proper introductions, she can do well. Bath time isn’t her favorite (she’ll definitely let you know how she feels about it!), but with a treat or two, she’ll cooperate like the princess she is. Overall, chocolate is affectionate, loyal, and full of curiosity and personality. She would thrive in a home where she can get lots of love, attention, and cuddles—whether that’s an active home or a relaxed one. She’s happy as long as she’s with her people or getting scratches or butt pats. I’ve hated every minute of making this post, she’s such a wonderful dog, i’m just not in the right place to give her the life she deserves. I know she’ll find a home to love her as much as i do.
