Anika is nothing but amazing and perfect. Her foster family has had her for 2 days and have said nothing but amazing things about her and love her so much already. She is potty trained. She loves treats and is very smart and knows lots of commands like sit, lay down, stay, shake, speak etc. She is very gentle and doesn’t jump on people. She loves to follow you around the house and make herself at home. She loves sleeping on couches and beds to be right with you. She really acts as if she was a golden retriever. Crystal’s ideal setting would be a fenced yard for daytime and a soft blanket in the garage or house at night, with older teenagers or adults who are loving. She is very low-maintenance. - crystal was born in sandy, summer 2016, and we've owned her since she was a pup. Father was a king charles spaniel (pure breed with papers) and mother was an australian shepherd (pure breed with papers), and crystal’s litter was the result of an accidental coupling. - as a puppy, she went on runs without leash. Once grown, she needed thick leash due to her drive and strength. She loves to run even now, and enjoys the mountains as well as neighborhood runs. In her younger days, she was frequently a "sled-dog" to a daring teenager on a skateboard. - she has experience as a working animal, and protected farm animals from foxes, raccoons, rats ect - ⁠she has successfully worked alongside goats and sheep, but would not be a good fit with chickens. - she enjoys spending time outdoors year round, including playing in snow. She comes in at night in the winter, but tends to enjoy staying outside in fair weather. We suspect she may need to be inside at night more as she ages. - ⁠she moved to fruit heights in 2019, and has since enjoyed retirement in a fenced yard. - ⁠she loves having a job, and has learned several “tricks”. She observes boundaries well with consistent reinforcement. - she often prefers attention and love over food. She has been trained not to be aggressive around food. - she plays nicely with certain dogs which have been introduced properly, but seems a bit unpredictable recently and can be territorial. - ⁠she is potty trained and has never peed indoors since a puppy. - she needs extra comfort during thunderstorms and fireworks. - australian shepherds are known to become somewhat unpredictable as they age and lose their senses. Luca is a loyal and sweet dog to their owner. He is very standoffish at first, but protects their owner fiercely. This all gray bunny likes to munch on greens and dried stocks growing in the garden: parley, mint, yarrow, grasses, fennel, flowers and so on. She likes to make her own bed of hay. Working with her pal, they're composting the garden. She'll do best living in a play pen with another bunny with enough room to run around. She is friends with little bunny foo foo. They chase each other around and play by hiding in a hideout then springing out to scare the other one. They have a long tube cardboard box they like to run in and out of, hide, climb up on top of, and chew on. They also like nibbling on sticks and treats like carrots, apples, and grapes. They are super entertaining to watch and active. My cats like to perch up on a chair and watch them run around for hours. Lil bo beep comes up to the edge of the play pen every time she sees me. She loves pets around her head and body and just a little bit of being held. Her fur is super soft. I'm about to rename them sage, parsley, thyme, mint, flower or rosemary; they smell so much like herbs and the garden. I gather them a large bin of green and stocks of greens and herbs from the garden and they munch away happily at it all day. They burrow in it, make nests, and play. Then they get to work munching on cardboard and sticks. They love long tunnels, hidey spots, and places to climb. They are in the center of our house and like all the attention from all the people. She's interacted fine with the cats who find them super entertaining. This sleek black bunny likes to be held a little more than gray lil bo peep. She loves her head pet and body rubbed for as long as you can stand to be by her petting her. She is getting more affectionate and attached each day.
