Crystal was born in sandy, summer 2016, from an accidental coupling. Father was a king charles spaniel (pure breed with papers) and mother was an australian shepherd (pure breed with papers) - as a puppy, she went on runs without leash. Once grown, needed thick leash due to her drive and strength. Frequently was a "sled-dog" with teenager on skateboard - she has experience as a working animal, and protected farm animals from foxes, raccoons, ect - ⁠she has successfully worked alongside goats and sheep, but would not be a good fit with chickens - she enjoys spending time outdoors year round, including playing in snow. She would greatly benefit from a fenced yard - ⁠she moved to fruit heights in 2019, and has since enjoyed retirement in a fenced yard - she hasn’t had as much interaction as teenagers grew and moved out and her energy level reduced, this has led to some weight gain - ⁠she has significantly increased barking since and seems more stressed without a job - she plays nicely with certain dogs which have been introduced properly, but seems a bit unpredictable recently and would be best as the sole dog at home - ⁠she is potty trained and has never peed indoors since a puppy. Meet droopy, the sweet and friendly 6-year-old regal beagle! droopy is happy to be wherever his human is and content just hanging out in the same room, cuddled up together or chilling on his end of the sofa. He adapted easily to his foster home, settling right in within the first couple of days. He prefers to be free roaming within his area of the house, rather than cooped up in a kennel. He would do well in any size home with a few active walks throughout the day. He knows "sit" and will voluntarily demonstrate sit-up and his dancing skills when he's excited or wants a pet or a treat. You'll win him over right away with a good head and butt scratch! he hasn't demonstrated aggression towards other dogs, cats, or humans. He is curious about them, and might take some time getting used to having other animals in his area. He is well acclimated to domestic living and has been left alone in the house for several hours while his human is at work without any issues. The sweetest soul looking for her forever home ellie is a 7-year-old sweetheart who has been part of my life since she was just 3 months old. She has truly been the best dog – loyal, happy, and so full of love. At one point, she was my whole world, and it breaks my heart to be rehoming her. This decision has nothing to do with ellie truly — she has done absolutely nothing wrong. This is happening because my husband and i are not on the same page with what a pups life should look like in a home and after years of trying to make it work her situation has only gotten worse and i know the love that she deserves and it’s not available for her in my home any more. With another baby on the way, i know her life here won’t be what she deserves. She deserves a home where she is truly wanted, valued, and loved the way she gives love back. She is incredibly well-behaved, fully house-trained, never has accidents, and respects boundaries (she used to be allowed on furniture, but hasn't been for 3 years now). Ellie is wonderful with children — she’s been around my kids (ages 2, 7, and 9) and has always been gentle and patient. She can also be left alone during the day without any issues, making her an easy and dependable companion. Ellie was very social when she was younger like dog parks, beaches, and being off leash every day, but she was attacked at a dog park when she was 4 and had to have surgery and since then over time she hasn’t been around other dogs. Because of that, she doesn’t do well with them now and did actually bite a very small breaded dog over a treat once (no major injury, she was just food aggressive but not trying to really hurt the dog) — but i believe with the right person and some training, she could regain her social confidence and the pup she once was. Fin has been raised in a family home with children and other pets. (cats and a chihuahua) before having my second spine surgery i fostered kittens. He loves kitties! fin is gentle with our 7 month old granddaughter. He is a people person. Fin does bark when company comes over, but never aggressively. We put him in his kennel till he has calm energy and then he’s fine. He will love on anyone who comes to visit. Fin went through puppy training and we continued to work with him on basic commands. Sit, shake, roll over, spin, no bark. Fin came from a backyard breeder. We have the paperwork on his parents. He was supposed to only be a mini australian shepard, but weighs 70lbs. Honey is 11 years old and healthy as ever. Our landlord has demanded we rehome her because of her bathroom issues, but we would keep her if we could. She needs some potty training that we can't seem to get right. She knows "wait" as her stay command and is so close to understanding heel, so hopefully her next family can finish teaching it to her. Her favorite treats are freeze dried liver and cat kibble, but the latter should only be little amounts as a big reward. She needs lots of play time and cuddles, and needs to sleep in a kennel at night (she goes right to it if you just say the word to her). She's an old lady, and sometimes she doesn't want to get out of her comfy bed to go outside. I sing her a song that always gets her excited and ready to go. This is jackson, we believe he is a rottweiler german shepherd mix. He is 100% love. We’ve had him now for three months, but we cannot keep him and we were never intending for him to be our dog. We really need a forever home for him and we do have an appointment to drop him at davis county animal shelter next week, but we would like to avoid dropping him in a shelter if we can. He’s about nine months old. He is not neutered. He has had his shots i know because i gave them to him personally. He’s great with other dogs, he’s good with kids. He doesn’t seem to care about cats, he’s fine with our chickens. He doesn’t bother anyone. He’s never bitten anyone he hasn’t destroyed any of our things or anything like that. He is very very good. He listens pretty well. He doesn’t have any residual fear from the situation he was in. I think we did a pretty good job of making him trust again, but he also is just all heart. Meet monte — the nine-year-old american bulldog ready to spend his later years with a special family that loves all the best parts of the bulldog personality. Monte may be a gentleman of a certain age, but don’t let that fool you — his inner puppy is alive and well. He loves his toys and a good sniff about, but at the end of the day he would be more than happy with a yard and a human to give him constant scratches verse a big hike. Friendly to everyone he meets (seriously, strangers are just friends who haven’t pet him yet), monte’s perfect day includes a cuddle, a good snack, and maybe a nap in the sun and to be someone’s main squeeze. She is so friendly to anyone that wants to pet her, she loves to go on hikes and playing with other dogs, she doesn’t do well with smaller animals like chickens or guinea pigs, not sure about cats. She has a lot of love and energy. We did board her for about a month for trainings but sadly that did not help with going after chickens. First, his name is t'challe which is from the marvel avenger's movie the black panter. He was the king of wakada. T'challa is the sweetest boy and absolutely adores children. He gives hugs with his body and shows affection by placing his paw on top of your hand or leg if your sitting next to him. He has a really fun spirit and personality. If you try to talk to him like huskies do, he'll try to talk back. It's so cute and adorable. We had t'challa, a yorkie and a cat and they would all sleep together. So he's great with other animals. There's no aggression issues and get's along great with other animals. T'challa does need medical attention. He has something in his hine feet that i can't find but his left foot is sensitive. The vet says he might have hip dysplasia or/and a neurological issue. They say it doesn't hurt him because it runs around at the dog parks but doesn't have breaks to stop.
