Getting a Library Card

• Davis County residents are issued library cards free of charge.
• Weber County residents may also get a Davis County library card for free due to our reciprocal checkout agreement with the Weber County Library.
• Utah residents outside of Davis and Weber counties may be issued cards for a $65.00 annual fee.
• Out of state residents are limited to checking out two items at a time by leaving a refundable cash deposit equal to the price of each item plus $4.00 per item. The non-resident fee of $65.00 will be charged upon the third use of this privilege.

1. Fill Out Online Form

• Follow the link below to our "My Account" login page.
• Click on the words "register now" to access the form.

2. Visit a Davis County Library Location

• A temporary number will be assigned to use for 30 days after registering online.
• This number will only give access to placing holds on physical materials.
• After 30 days, the number will cease to work.
• Visit a library location to get a full access card before the 30 days expire.

3. Show Two Forms of Identification to Staff
